| Boiling water | 1.5 cup |
| Rice Wine Vinegar | 3/4 cup |
| Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Salt | 4 tsp |
| Spicy Mayo | Amount |

| Kewpie Mayo | 1/2 cup |
| Sriracha | 2 tbsp |
| Fresh Lime Juice | 1 tsp |
| Toasted Sesame Oil | 1/8 tsp |
Chop up ingredients: 30 min. Let pickles marinade at least 1 hour, best overnight. Can sit for up to 2 weeks.
Make Spicy Mayo immediately before serving.
