Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

Chia Seeds 6 tablespoons
Maple Syrup 1 tablespoons
Vanilla Coconut Milk 2 cup
Frozen Raspberries 12 oz
Cinnamon (optional, but recommended!)

Timings

5 minutes to combine ingredients 8 hours/overnight to sit

Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar. Shake, put in fridge.
  2. Once in a while, shake the jar to make sure chia seeds aren’t clumping together.
