White bean and kale soup with sausage

30 min cooking.
Recipe
- Cook shallots in large pot with salt and pepper until almost transparent, 5 min.
- Add wine to deglaze, cook until slightly reduced.
- Add stock, beans, rosemary. Bring to a boil, then add kale. Reduce to simmer, cook 15-20 min.
- In a separate pan, brown the sausage. Crumble, add directly to soup.
- Serve with parmesan cheese.
