30 min to roast cauliflower
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 410
- Trim the base of the cauliflower, so it can stand upright.
- Place in a medium sized pot, make sure the cauliflower can fit into it with the lid closed.
- Add water to ~2.5 inches, then bring to a boil and cover. Steam for 12-14 minutes until cauliflower is no longer pearly white.
- Move cauliflower to a baking sheet. You can let it cool down and dry out in the fridge overnight for maximum crispiness, but this is optional.
- Drizzle with olive oil and massage in so that all the florets are oiled. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown all over. Keep a close eye on it!
- Plate, and serve immediately.
