Universal Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn Starch 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp

Timings

If you use pre-chopped frozen garlic and ginger, this will take no time to put together. However, set this up before you start cooking your veggies.

Recipe

  1. Combine everything together, and mix until the corn starch is completely mixed in.
  2. Once you’ve fully cooked all veggies and combined them back together, mix the sauce to re-incorporate the corn starch, and then add it to the wok.
  3. Mix the veggies with the sauce fully, add a splash of water if needed. Serve!
